Casey Aldridge, boyfriend of celebrity star Jamie Lynn Spears got real lucky to survived from wrecking car accident this morning.
According to report a close family member whom a Baptist preacher says Aldridge did not have surgery, but did suffer mild brain trauma "skull fracture around his hairline" after his F-250 flipped over.
