American television actress Kaley Christine Cuoco was born November 30, 1985 in Camarillo, California. The daugther of Gary Carmine Cuoco and Layne Ann Wingate was best known for her roles as Bridget Hennessy on the ABC sitcom 8 Simple Rules, Billie Jenkins on Charmed, and "The Big Bang Theory" as Penny on the CBS sitcom.
