June 22, after months of speculation, I guess its not a surprise anymore to hear that the 10-year marriage of Jon & Kate Plus Eight's stars Jon and Kate Gosselin appears to be coming to an end.
















We already witnessed the voluminous coverage of the Gosselin marriage in the press, maintained a tense relationship.

But after scandal photos of Jon in the company other woman - 23-year-old Deanna Hummel - surfaced, the celebrity couple admitted that they having problems and not knowing where their relationship was headed.

Recently, UptimeNews heard from PEOPLE that divorce papers were filed in Pennsylvania Monday afternoon. Jon also confirmed on TMZ via on-the-spot interview that the issue is true, watch Jon and Kate Plus 8 Announcement Video.

Weeds Season 5 Episode 1 - Weeds S05E01, called “Wonderful Wonderful” premiered tonight on Showtime.

The cast of the episode included Romany Malco, Tonye Patano, Mary-Louise Parker, Kevin Nealon, Elizabeth Perkins, and Justin Kirk. In case you missed it here is a brief summary of Weeds Season 5 Episode 1.

(Beginning moments after last season's finale...) Cesar isn't happy his boss Esteban (Demián Bichir) is backing off the whole Nancy-must-die-for-her-betrayal plan. The sonogram of his young son has apparently changed the mind of the Mexican mayor/drug runner. Cesar decides no one can know they're letting her off -- he shoots the two witnesses in the room. Esteban tells Cesar to drive a freaked out Nancy (Mary-Louise Parker) home. Thinking this means "go shoot her in the desert" she volunteers to drive herself. He lets her go.

Dean and Isabel (Allie Grant) play cards. He gets a call from his daughter Quinn's boyfriend, demanding ransom for Celia (Elizabeth Perkins). But he's broke and she's his ex, so he tells him to do what he needs to do. Quinn, not happy, gives her boyfriend a knee to the crotch. Nice family.

Nancy waits in the mall. She sees a spot of blood on her purse.

At the house, Silas (Hunter Parrish) lays out his land-buying plan to Andy (Justin Kirk) and Doug (Kevin Nealon). Doug shows off his rope burns from auto-erotic asphyxiation. Shane (Alexander Gould) comes in with a haircut and an ear ring. They debate what to do with Nancy's room if she doesn't come back. She does.

In bed the next day, Nancy gets the ransom call for Celia. She explains they're really not friends and hangs up.

Andy comes in with a plan. He thinks they should flee. "It's the Mexican mafia, there's no where to go," she says. He suggests Copenhagen. And, he adds, "I love you." She responds by telling him she's pregnant. Andy leaves. Cesar calls, telling Nancy to be at an address at 2 p.m.

Shane and his groupies hang out in the library, where he sells weed. His English teacher comes by to cop. He has 22 papers to grade that night and they're all on Anne Frank.

Sanjay talks to Agent Roy Till. Till gets a call from Mexico. It's someone calling demanding ransom for Celia.

Silas looks into Doug's growing-in-a national park plan. Doug gets the Celia ransom call. He hangs up. Andy sulks over Nancy. Doug wants in on the plan. Andy's phone rings. Yes, he knows Celia. "So what, people die, every day?" Then he starts babbling about people dying and having babies, including women in their 40s. Silas asks who's having a baby.

In captivity, Celia can't believe no one will pay her ransom. She talks to Rudolfo, telling him he doesn't have to put up with his daughter hurting him. Quinn interrupts as he's saying it's his fault for making her mad. She says if no one will pay they'll kill her mom and sell her organs. She orders Rudolfo to go have sex with her. Kidnapper foreplay.

Nancy waits in a OB-GYN's exam room. Esteban comes in with Cesar, speaking to the doctor in Spanish about what tests they can run on the baby. Nancy asks what's going on. Esteban gives her some forms to sign. She resists and he asks everyone to leave. She suggests they go to her doctor. Instead, he lays her down on the table and puts her feet in the stirrups, saying instead they'll see his doctor. When he leaves Nancy seems to realize what she's gotten herself into. She lies on the table and cries.

Celia asks her daughter if maybe enough is enough. She offers to charge a week at the spa for the both of them. Quinn tells her mom what's going to happen to her organs on the black market. She wants to be there when they cut out her mom's heart just to make sure she has one. Celia whines about surviving cancer just to face this. Rudolfo points out they can't sell Celia's organs since she had radiation. Quinn attacks Celia, but Rudolfo fends her off and kicks her out.

Shane comes in when Silas and Doug are prepping for their camping/pot growing adventure and asks why Andy is baking tons of banana bread. Doug blurts out that Nancy is pregnant. Which is news to her son Shane.

Nancy comes home to the lovely smelling bread. "Well, I've been thinking," Andy says, "Just because you've been a slutty irresponsible slutty slut and had unprotected sex with a Mexican gangster, that doesn't mean we can't be friends." She asks Andy to take Shane up to her sister's. Shane walks in, not believing the news. She confirms it. "And you're how old?" is his response. Silas asks when the abortion is. She's having the baby. Andy says it's the key to keeping her Mexican boyfriend from killing them all. Then she tells Shane he's going to live with his aunt in Oakland. He expresses the sentiment "forget that" using stronger language. Shane and Silas start fighting. Nancy picks up a loaf of banana bread to break it up, but burns her hand and drops the loaf on the floor. Andy shouts at her: "You ruin everything you touch!"

A little while later, Silas ignores her as they leave to plant his clones in the forest. So do Shane and Andy as they leave for Oakland. Nancy is left alone.

Later, she drinks a coffee at an outdoor mall. Loud music starts blaring and people start dancing. Someone tells Nancy its a flash mob, done "'cause it's cool." She cracks up as people of all ages and types start dancing. Then the music stops and they walk away. And Nancy sees Cesar watching her.

24 Season 8 Preview

After 24 Season 7 Finale, FOX Entertainment has recently renewed 24 through Season 8, in 2009. According to source No plot details as yet, but the action will continue, expect another difficult day for Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland). But i've heard that they changes location again for Season 8.

"New York has always felt like a great 24 town and a great place to set 24, so we're psyched to do it," writer and producer says, Howard Gordon.

What about 24 Season 8?

Slumdog Millionaire star joining Jack Bauer's next adventure. Academy Award winning Anil Kapoor will be joining the cast as a series regular for Jack Bauer's next bad day. Kapoor will play "a Middle Eastern leader who comes to the U.S. on a peacemaking mission." 

24 Season 8 begins filming in two weeks. Rumors have surfaced that the series will make some dramatic changes in upcoming 24 Season 8.

24 Season 7 Finale

It's 24 Season 7 Finale, the two-hour season finale.

Season Plot:

CTU shuttered and Jack in trial, with Tony (Carlos Bernard) being confusing and with the folks at Sangala wrecking havoc, with the siege at the White House and the conspiracy Hodges (Jon Voight) was cooking up, to this, the biological attack that just wasn't, and pretty much everything else. 

Biological attack? So where does that bring Jack in the finale?

"It's time. He's dying and there's no getting around it. I think one of the exciting things about this end is normally the ends of our show have been kind of plot driven. It's about stopping the bomb or it's about stopping whatever crisis. And the crisis has been dealt with. These last two episodes are for him coming to terms with his own life,"  Jack Bauer says (Kiefer Sutherland).

Dane Cook "ISolated INcident" on Comedy Central

A Comedy Central special Dane Cook's "ISolated INcident" premiered on May 17, 2009 and CD/DVD release will follow on May 19. Cook will performs at the Laugh Factory to a crowd of only 30 people. He begun performing the new material live for the ISolated INcident - Global Thermo Comedy Tour, last April 25.

Susan Boyle "Cry Me A River" Video

Britain’s Got Talent triumph has made Susan Boyle an instant superstar, not just that Susan became the Youtube sensation and hottest search on the web according to major search engines, lined-up for an appearance on the Oprah Winfrey show which give her a big cut of number one album in the United States.

The Daily Record reveal track of Susan singing another song than "I Dreamed a Dream." Susan contributed a version of "Cry Me a River" to a local charity CD in 1999 which only 1000 copies of the disc were just produced. Whoaahh... it's a perfect collectors item. The Record released a statement that they have the long forgotten recording and it's on their site now.



Susan won’t face the judges again until the end of next month. Here some words from Ms. Boyle:

"I’m taking it all in my stride and I’m quite relaxed about everything.

I’ve had lots of kind support from people so far. Some of the things people have said have been marvellous and really lovely.

I’ve been singing since I was 12 and have just never had this chance before. I’m glad I got the chance now. I’d love to have a musical career but we’ll have to take one step at a time.”

I went on the audition to see how far I could get but the standard is very high.

You need a lot of hard work and perseverance to make it.

I think there is room for improvement though."

Known as House, M.D., House, is an American medical drama TV series created by David Shore that debuted on the Fox network on November 16, 2004. 

Plot:

The show revolves around Dr. Gregory House (British actor Hugh Laurie), a cynical medical genius with a damaged leg arising from an incorrect diagnosis and an addiction to painkillers, who heads a team of diagnosticians at the fictional Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital (PPTH).

• Allison Cameron (Jennifer Morrison) - Immunologist. In "Human Error", Dra. Cameron quits her job working for House, having developed a soft spot for Chase. She became a Department Head of the emergency room and a member in the Budget Committee.
  
• Robert Chase (Jesse Spencer) - an intensive care medicine specialist. Dr. Chase went on to become a Senior Surgeon at the PPTH. He's often mocked by House for his "pretty looks" and his Australian accent.
  
• Chris Taub (Peter Jacobson) - a former plastic surgeon who become a member of House's new diagnostic team.
  
• Lawrence Kutner (Kal Penn) - a Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Medicine specialist who committed suicide in season 5.
  
• Remy "Thirteen" Hadley (Olivia Wilde) - Internist, who was hired as a member of House's diagnostic team along with Kutner and Taub.

House Episode: Lawrence Kutner (Kal Penn) Death

What a shocking twist on House episode, as Dr. Lawrence Kutner (Kal Penn) dies, Kutner commit suicide by self inflicted gunshot wound. 

House spends most of the episode looking for someone to blame for Kutner's death, focus on solving the mystery of why Kutner would kill himself than on the mystery of mysteriously ill woman.

Dr. Lawrence Kutner died on Thursday, April 2nd from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was 33 years old.

"Dr. Kutner was a hard working, young doctor with a kind, unassuming, gentle manner. He will be missed by all of us", said Dr. Lisa Cuddy, Dean of Medicine at Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital, where Dr. Kutner worked.

Dr. Kutner was born in Freemont, California. Tragedy marred his early life as he lost his parents, Karamchand and Niki Baidwan, who were shot during an armed robbery. After a couple of years in foster care, Julia and Richard Kutner adopted Lawrence. He showed great promise in high school, winning a Westinghouse Science award for an experiment involving dark matter. His adoptive parents mused that he showed a freethinking, inventive streak from a young age.
