Who won Dancing With The Stars 2009? With less than a 1% difference in scores between Marini and Johnson, sport celebrity Shawn Johnson is the new Dancing With The Stars winner.

Shawn Johnson and Mark Ballas were tied with Giles Marini and Cheryl Burke down to virtually the very end of tonight’s broadcast. Celebrity actress Melissa Rycroft ended up third.

Rodeo star Ty Murray got eliminated from the Dancing with the Stars semi-final competition.

Actor Giles Marini, Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson and jilted "Bachelor" contestant Melissa Rycroft will compete in the Top 3 finals of The Dancing with the Stars.

"I got a whole new respect for what these guys do, trying to teach me to dance is like trying to teach a blind guy to paint," Murray says after being eliminated.

Dancing With The Stars Melissa Rycroft Injury

Last week top scorer on "Dancing With the Stars" Melissa Rycroft of Bachelor had missed the first team dance—after Monday after a painful rib injury (hairline rib fracture) during practice.

"I felt a blinding pain shoot down my side," Melissa said.

he show release a statement regarding this injury issue.

"She received treatment today for her ribs, and there were complications. She's resting, and we expect her back here tomorrow." 

Melissa and Tony was judged on a rehearsal performance and earned 21 out of 30 points for their jive.

Lil Kim Wardrobe Malfunction: Dancing With The Stars Oops (Performance Video)

US rapper Lil' Kim narrowly avoided a wardrobe malfunction on the latest instalment of Dancing With The Stars after she had some trouble with her top after dancing the jive with Derek Hough, the host Tom Bergeron save her by providing a cover while she adjusted her outfit.

Lil' Kim told news TV after the show;

"I don't know why this happens a lot of the time, but ... Oh, the girls were trying to come out again! I hate it when they do that, they’re so nosy!"

The wardrobe malfunction moment was edited out by the time the show was rebroadcast on the West Coast in the United States.
