Atlanta auditions, all-time greats in the R&B music Mary J. Blige is the American Idol Season 9 guest judge, this is the first time the music reality TV show has had Miss Mary J Blige as a guest.

Blige joined Kara DioGuardi, Randy Jackson and Simon Cowell on the panel. Still, there are confirmation on when Katy Perry will make her "Idol" guest judge debut.
